Perfect location, quiet ambience, my stay was very relaxing. Outstanding food for breakfast. Staff were hard-working throughout my visit. Clean facilities and the pool was nice.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, the bed was comfy and the food was good. I got free upgrade and loved it. Late check-out too. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.

Good value for panoramic room. Very efficient service, generous breakfast, fab location. Extraordinary view of sea. The hotel was near the unspoiled beach and close to restaurants and bars.

Good value in a tourist area. They had finger food and salads available in the downstairs bar. Good bedrooms with fine beds. There was a nice restaurant, supermarket and a convenience shop next door.

Food and staff were ideal, I enjoyed that. I slept so comfy in the soft bed. The staff did all they can for a fab stay.

We loved it, the hotel was absolutely fabulous and had pleasant location and rooms. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a decent view. Supermarket and the shops were right next door.

Perfect for 11 nights in Puerto del Carmen Coffeemaker, a fridge and kitchenware where nice. Bar stuff are the nicest people. The food was ALRIGHT and we liked it.
